PONTRE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. — F&I products provider National Auto Care announced that Pankaj Singh has joined its staff as chief technology officer. Executives said the 20-year industry veteran will lead NAC’s IT department as well as its project management office, streamlining the company’s current projects and innovation initiatives.

“At heart, Singh is a true technologist, but he is also a proven strategist and leader with extraordinary vision and operational expertise within complex organizations. I am thrilled to welcome him to NAC,” said CEO Tony Wanderon.

Singh’s experience spans the “entire breadth” of IT, including roles ranging from senior consultant to vice president and senior director of information delivery. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and an MBA and has published books and articles dedicated to software engineering, IT, managerial decisions, and quality compliance, among other topics, all according to the announcement.

The executive said he was attracted to the corporate culture at NAC as well as the opportunities the position presents.

“I really liked Tony’s leadership style, and the opportunity to grow the business and innovate from a tech perspective,” Singh said. “This industry is changing, and there’s only so much you can do without innovation.”
