DAYTON, Ohio - Terrence O’Loughlin, director of compliance for Reynolds and Reynolds, was elected to the governing board of the Conference on Consumer Finance Law (CCFL), reported the Dayton Daily News.
CCFL is a national, nonprofit institution that sponsors research, professional publications, and education on consumer and financial services law. Governing committee members direct the CCFL. Reynolds and Reynolds provides business forms and other products to auto dealerships, including retail installment sale contracts, the Reynolds “LAW 553.” “’The LAW 553’ is the most widely used form in automobile financing and is accepted broadly by dealerships, state automobile dealers associations, captive lenders and financial institutions,” the company said in an announcement this week.
