"NAE is focused on providing our dealers and agents the best training in the business," said Bob Mancuso, executive vice president of NAE. "With our new training facility, we felt the addition of Tim would be a great solution for our dealer and agency partners. He is a true professional who is totally committed to income development and implementing processes and training procedures in the fixed and variable operations of a dealership."

Beth Williams, formerly an employee of Great American Insurance Company (GAIC) in Cincinnati for the past seven years, has joined the NAE team as the operations manager.

In this position, Williams will help manage the day-to-day operations of the company, including contract compliance, claims and loss ratio analysis, trend analysis, reinsurance company reviews and improving the overall client relations process models within the company.

Williams has been in the insurance industry for the past 18 years, most recently focusing on TPA relationships relating to vehicle service contracts and product warranties. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a concentration in management and marketing.

"We are proud that we can continue to add top level management like Williams to our team," said Kelly Price, president of NAE. "Her knowledge of reinsurance positions, loss trends, as well as compliance and legal filing requirements in each state will allow us to continue to grow while maintaining our nimble and responsive approach. Beth will be the perfect liaison between our sales, accounting and claims team."
