DALLAS - Ford Extended Service Plan (ESP) has chosen Ristken Software Services as their partner to launch their ESP Profitlink Menu (F&I menu selling system) and ESP Profitlink Reporting (F&I reporting system). Both products will be used to assist and support Ford dealerships in finance and sales operations. Ford ESP Profitlink offers web-based F&I reporting applications and menu selling solutions powered by Ristken. The menu selling system is designed to effectively present all F&I products to customers, at every transaction – while ensuring dealer compliance in all 50 states and Canada. The reporting system enables dealerships to more effectively manage and monitor their finance and sales department productivity while providing highly customized reports to run their operations. "Ford is a significant client for Ristken, we are excited to be able to partner with the entire Ford ESP team and their dealer base," said Patrick DeMarco, president of Ristken. "We are looking forward to working with Ford and helping them achieve their ESP initiatives." "Ristken's Product Development & Customer Service teams are second to none," said Carey White, Ford ESP program manager. "Ford, Lincoln and Mercury dealerships using Ristken's menu and reporting tools are extremely satisfied. As a result, we expect these dealers to see a significant increase in F&I sales performance and customer satisfaction."
