Jacksonville, Fla. - Family First Dealer Services LLC (FFDS) strengthened launched several additions to their F&I product portfolio:

• Tire & Wheel Protection

• Complete Protection (5 in 1)

• Key Replacement

• 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Complete Protection, a combo-product; and 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, a product aimed at strengthening closing ratios, are already gaining momentum in the marketplace as agents and dealers seek to stand out among the competition.

“Following a strong year for FFDS and our partners in 2012, and based on their feedback, we are adding to an already strong product offering. FFDS’ cornerstone products remain our industry-first Trade-In Protection negative-equity protection product and our Guaranteed Asset Protection program. At FFDS we believe in uniqueness and flexibility. Our new product additions embody both. Our focus is to bring unique and different products to the market and provide our partners exclusive markets territories so that they do not have to worry about selling against themselves,” said Tony Wanderon CEO of Family First Dealer Services.

“Thinking outside-the-box and putting our partners first is what we are all about,” said Zack Matta, Director of Product for FFDS. “Thanks to many new strategic partnerships, and our deep commitment to the industry, we are very excited about the future. Driven by the needs of our partners, the Family First Team can assure our product development efforts will continue.”
