Paragon Dealer Services announced that Dana Gaudet acquired a controlling interest in the company.

Gaudet, a longtime automotive industry professional, brings decades of experience in dealership management and F&I operations. Throughout his career, he has focused on innovation and advancing the finance and insurance process for dealership professionals.

Gaudet has trained and managed dealership teams nationwide and is credited with developing the “Two-Minute Presentation,” which has become an industry best practice for F&I professionals.

Focus on Growth and Value

In his new role, Gaudet will guide Paragon Dealer Services toward continued growth while supporting the company’s dealership partners. He plans to build on Paragon’s foundation of trusted client relationships and results-driven service.

“I’m committed to continuing Paragon’s mission of delivering measurable value for our dealer clients,” Gaudet said. “We’ll do that through expertise, reliable products, and the kind of partnership that earns long-term trust.”
