AUSTIN, Texas — Once again RoadVantage has been voted the No. 1-rated F&I provider, winning the 2019 Diamond Dealers’ Choice Award in the F&I Products category. This marks the third consecutive year the company has been selected by dealerships nationwide to receive this industry honor, and the fifth year in a row for RoadVantage to win a top-tier award in this category. RoadVantage also won a 2019 Platinum award in the F&I Product Training category.

“We once again want to thank dealers across the country who voted for RoadVantage! It is a deeply gratifying honor to be recognized by dealers as their No. 1 choice for F&I products for the third year running,” said Garret Lacour, CEO of RoadVantage. “We credit our RoadVantage team members for all they do to provide the best customer service possible every day.”

RoadVantage has won awards for five years in a row in the F&I Products category with a Gold in 2015, a Platinum in 2016, and Diamond in 2017, 2018, and 2019. Selected via an online survey available exclusively to automotive dealers and dealership personnel, the Dealers’ Choice Awards recognize the industry’s best providers.

To win an award, a company must be among the topmost scores in each category. Providers are rated in four areas: the product or service provided, customer support and service, overall value, and whether the dealer would recommend the provider.

“We are gratified that our team’s dedication to providing an exceptional customer experience has earned us the Diamond Award for the third year in a row.” said Randy Ross, president of sales for RoadVantage. “We are thrilled that dealers are seeing the value of providing the highest levels of service possible to today’s demanding and educated consumer. Our entire team deserves the credit.”
