“We are extremely honored and excited to sponsor the 2021 F&I Pacesetters and F&I Dealer of the Year Awards. These awards are a representation of the diligence and commitment to F&I training and compliance that our industry aspires to. Further, our recipients have differentiated themselves from their competition and have showcased their leadership. It all relates back to providing exceptional customer service across the dealership and building customers for life,” said Jim Polley, CEO of Spectrum Automotive Holdings.
Dealership employees, general agents, vendors, and F&I product providers are encouraged to nominate their stores and dealer clients for the award. F&I and Showroom will first select up to five F&I Pacesetters of the Year, which will serve as finalists for the coveted F&I Dealer of the Year award.
The Dealer of the Year finalists and winner will be recognized as part of Industry Summit Experience, closing the show on the afternoon of Wednesday, Dec. 15.
“After a hiatus in 2020, we are back and ready to recognize the dealers most dedicated to successful and profitable F&I programs,” said David Gesualdo, president of Bobit’s Dealer Group. “Now in its 19th year, the F&I Pacesetters and Dealer of the Year program was designed to shine a spotlight on dealerships going above and beyond to keep the wheels turning for their customers.”
