CHICAGO — Dealer digital retail software provider MAX Digital won top honors in Auto Dealer Today’s 2019 Dealers’ Choice Awards in the Inventory Management category. This represents MAX Digital’s seventh consecutive year receiving a Dealers’ Choice Award for its inventory management platform and its first Diamond award.

The Dealers’ Choice Awards recognize the automotive industry’s best vendors, suppliers, and finance partners by asking dealers and dealership personnel to complete a 35-category online survey.

“This honor is so meaningful and gratifying to us since it was voted on by those who matter most— dealership employees across the U.S.,” said MAX Digital Executive Vice President Mike Cavanaugh. “It’s proof that our dealer customers trust our inventory management tools to help them acquire the right inventory that will drive profits.”

Invitations to vote were sent to readers of ADT and F&I and Showroom in May. Each voter was asked to score providers on quality, value, customer service, and whether they would recommend them to another dealer.

“As in years past, we see a mix of returning champions, several new players, and companies that won awards in the past but were supplanted this year,” said David Gesualdo, group publisher and editorial director of Bobit Business Media’s Dealer Group. “Whatever the results, we appreciate our readers for voting, and we know our winners appreciate it as well.”

The complete list of winners can be found here. Winning companies will be honored in a special ceremony at Industry Summit, scheduled for Nov. 4–6, 2019, in New Orleans.
