Salt Lake City -– The Walt Disney Co.'’s Bruce Kimbrell, site leader for Disney Institute, joins the keynote line-up for the fifth annual DrivingSales Executive Summit (DSES). Leveraging Disney'’s 90 years of branding success, Kimbrell will provide dealers with actionable insights to help their brands stand out in an increasingly competitive market. The DSES will be held Sunday, October 13th through Tuesday, October 15th, 2013 at the Bellagio Las Vegas.

"“Very few brands have a more loyal following of consumers, nor a greater ability to attract new followers daily, than Disney. Auto dealerships today face a very crowded market and they need new, fresh and actionable branding strategies to set themselves apart from the competition,"” said DrivingSales CEO Jared Hamilton. "“Good branding methodologies translate to any business, and this brand-focused keynote will ensure our attendees leave invigorated with answers to the all important ‘Why Buy From Me?’ question, as well as with new strategies for driving their brands forward and ahead of the pack.”"

The keynote will share some brand strategies and philosophies used by Disney's businesses all around the world. Highlights of the presentation include:

•

  • Employing strategies that will build loyalty connections with customers.

  • Identifying a dealership'’s brand promise and loyalty strengths, and developing action steps that align with customers’ expectations.

  • Exploring techniques used to retain customers for life and identify reliable practices that drive financial results and repeat business.

  • Examining the relationship between brand loyalty and marketing as a partnership that ultimately identifies the dealership.

  • Developing employee enthusiasm and loyalty that leads to customer satisfaction.

Kimbrell serves as the site leader for Disney Institute West Coast operations. He works with international and domestic clients to develop tailored programming to fit specific needs. His passion for helping companies improve business practices has taken him around the world to locations such as Chile, Dubai, England, Arizona, Colorado and New York. Kimbrell began his Disney career as a skipper on the Jungle Cruise at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim before embarking on the Disneyland Management Training Program. He has been a Disneyland Cast Member in a variety of leadership roles, including positions in Food and Beverage Operations, Merchandise, Marketing and Guest Services.
