SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – CNA National has been named a top F&I provider for the 16th year in a row in the Dealers’ Choice Awards. For 2020, the company received two first-place Diamond awards—one for “Best Service Contract Provider” and another for “Best Reinsurance Provider.”

The consistency of being recognized as a top provider for 16 years in a row speaks volumes about the confidence dealers have in our products and services.

Dealers and their personnel across the U.S. have voted the company number one every year since the competition began in 2005. To date, CNAN has received a total of 28 recognitions, making it the most-awarded F&I company by far. This is the fourth time it has received two first-place accolades and the 12th time it has won dual awards since 2009.

“This is a true honor,” said Joe Becker, president and CEO of CNA National. “The consistency of being recognized as a top provider for 16 years in a row speaks volumes about the confidence dealers have in our products and services. We are especially pleased to recapture the position of best Reinsurance Provider. Both awards are a testament to our staff’s commitment to excellence.”

“We thank our loyal dealers and their employees who have voted for us year after year,” said Jeff Weston, CNA National chief revenue officer. “Our mission is to deliver premium products and services that can increase both revenue and customer satisfaction. Being named a number-one provider yet again shows us that we are doing things right.”

CNAN provides vehicle service contracts, limited warranties, tire-and-wheel protection, guaranteed asset protection (GAP) waivers and other products through franchised auto dealerships across the U.S. With more than four million contracts in force and having exceeded payment of $4 billion for claims across all product lines, the company has earned its reputation as a first-class F&I provider.
