LAS VEGAS - Craig Tessimond, director of Houlihan Lokey will open the P&A Leadership Summit with a luncheon presentation at noon on Monday, September 8, 2014 at Paris Las Vegas.

Tessimond is a seasoned investment banker with more than a decade of experience closing deals and providing corporate finance advisory services in the F&I industry. As director of Houlihan Lokey’s Washington D.C. office, his focus is on leading the financial institutions group coverage of the insurance industry. His presentation, Demystifying the Growing Trend of Private Equity, will examine how investors look at and value F&I product administrators, and will also review the due diligence process for a company considering selling to a private equity group.
